Terms & Conditions

• A 150 EUR non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• The remaining balance must be paid by 1 September 2026.

• The Early Booking Price (600 EUR) is valid only for reservations paid in full by 15 July 2026.

• The tour operates with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 10 participants.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

• For cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date, all payments except the 150 EUR deposit will be refunded.

• For cancellations made less than 30 days before departure, cancellation charges may apply depending on the services already confirmed or paid on behalf of the participant.

• The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather conditions, operational requirements, flight schedule changes, or unforeseen circumstances while preserving the overall tour experience.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, and entry requirements.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

• Hotels may be substituted with accommodations of the same category if necessary.

• Entrance fees, lunches, dinners, beverages, and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.

• Yesido Travel reserves the right to make operational changes to the itinerary while maintaining the quality and overall content of the tour.
