PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND LIABILITY WAIVER
I voluntarily participate in the hiking, trekking, nature walking, camping and outdoor activities organized by Yesido Travel.
I understand that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, steep slopes, rocks, slippery surfaces, changing weather conditions, wildlife, physical exertion, illness, injury, transportation delays and other natural hazards. I knowingly and voluntarily accept these risks.
I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the activity and that I am responsible for assessing my own abilities and health condition. I will inform Yesido Travel of any medical condition, injury, allergy or medication that may affect my safe participation.
I agree to follow all instructions given by the tour leader, guide and organizers. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in my exclusion from the activity without refund.In the event of illness, injury, accident or emergency, I authorize Yesido Travel to arrange medical assistance, evacuation or rescue when deemed necessary. Any medical treatment, hospital, medication, transportation, evacuation, rescue or related expenses shall be my responsibility, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
I confirm that I have valid health insurance coverage. Obtaining additional personal health or travel insurance for outdoor activities is the responsibility of the participant. Yesido Travel undertakes to provide transportation and organizational services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Participation in outdoor activities is voluntary, and participants acknowledge the risks naturally associated with such activities.
PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT
I grant Yesido Travel permission to use photographs and video recordings taken during activities for promotional, marketing, website and social media purposes without compensation.
VALIDITY OF THIS AGREEMENT
This agreement remains valid for all future activities organized by Yesido Travel unless the participant notifies Yesido Travel of a significant change in health condition or personal circumstances affecting safe participation. By registering for future activities, the participant confirms that the declarations contained in this agreement remain valid. Yesido Travel reserves the right to request a new or updated agreement at any time if deemed necessary.
