Join the 20th Traditional Gökbel Oil Wrestling Festival! Depart from Alanya Bus Terminal at 09:30 on Sunday, 2 August. Enjoy free time at the festival until 17:30, then return with our comfortable round-trip shuttle service.
On Sunday, 2 August, we’re heading to Gökbel, one of Alanya’s most popular mountain plateaus, to experience the excitement of traditional Turkish oil wrestling and the colourful festival atmosphere.
Surrounded by the cool air of the Taurus Mountains, the scent of pine trees and beautiful highland scenery, you can watch the wrestlers compete, explore the festival grounds and enjoy a wonderful day in Gökbel’s refreshing mountain air.
This event is a round-trip transfer service to the Gökbel Oil Wrestling Festival grounds. After arriving at the festival, you will have free time until 17:30.
At 17:30, we will meet again at the designated meeting point inside the festival area and begin our return journey to Alanya.

Pick-up is also available from suitable stops along the route. Please be ready at your pick-up point a few minutes before the stated time.
The price includes round-trip transportation only. Personal expenses at the festival are not included.
We recommend bringing suitable clothing for the mountain weather, a hat, sunglasses and sunscreen. A light jacket or extra layer may also be useful for the cooler late-afternoon temperatures.
